The Signature

It is enveloped in our Triple-Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream, featuring a sophisticated blend of the Finest Belgian Callebaut Chocolate, traditional Dutch-process cocoa and Midnight Black cocoa to achieve a balanced creamy sweetness with a deep, robust flavor profile.

The Sun-Kissed London Fog
An elevated take on the classic tea latte. This signature Earl Grey-infused velvet cake is layered with two distinct textures of citrus: a sharp, tangy orange curd for intensity, and a cloud-like orange cream to mirror the “fog” of steamed milk. Enveloped in our silky vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream, it’s a bright, sophisticated spin on a cozy favorite.
Tasting Notes: Fragrant bergamot, creamy citrus, and soft vanilla bean.

The Lavender & Blackberry Champagne
A celebration in every bite! This signature pink champagne cake is infused with real Rosé for a subtle, effervescent sweetness. It is filled with a luscious blackberry cream that provides a creamy, berry-forward contrast. To finish, we use a light, floral lavender-infused Swiss Meringue buttercream that perfectly complements the sparkling wine notes.

The Classic Strawberry & Vanilla
This timeless favorite features a light and airy vanilla bean white cake. It is generously layered with a house-made strawberry compote, crafted with sun-ripened berries to ensure a vibrant, fruit-forward center. Enveloped in our silky vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream, it’s a pure, nostalgic celebration of summer flavors.
Tasting Notes: Sweet-tart strawberry, creamy vanilla bean, and a soft, melt-in-your-mouth finish.

The Tropical Piña Colada
A vacation in every bite! This profile features a moist signature coconut velvet cake. It is layered with a vibrant pineapple coulis—a delicious reduction that delivers pure tropical intensity. For the “cream” in the colada, we use a luscious coconut pastry cream and finish the cake with a light, silky vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream.
Tasting Notes: Creamy toasted coconut, vibrant pineapple intensity, and a smooth, sun-drenched finish.

NOTE: larger structure cakes are limited to certain cake flavors and fillings as they require denser ingredients to maintain structural integrity.
